A working library of frameworks and observations for brands and creators navigating influencer marketing.
This section is designed to grow into practical guides rather than generic marketing filler. For now, the first pieces focus on the decisions that sit underneath creator campaigns.
Audience fit, content behaviour, commercial fit and campaign role.
↗ 02 / STRATEGYFrom isolated posts to sequences, roles and repeatable systems.
↗ 03 / OPERATIONSBriefing, revisions, deadlines, approvals, usage and communication.
↗Start with the audience you need to reach. Then ask whether the creator already has a credible relationship with that audience. Look at the content: does the creator explain, demonstrate, entertain, style, review or narrate in a way that naturally suits the product?
Then consider commercial realities: availability, rates, deliverables, usage, exclusivity and reliability. Follower count belongs in the conversation — but it should not end the conversation.
One creator post can create a moment. A campaign can create repetition, different perspectives and multiple ways for an audience to enter the story.
That might mean different creators answering different questions, different formats showing different product benefits, or a sequence that moves from curiosity to proof. The exact architecture depends on the objective.
A creator saying yes is not the finish line. There are briefs, addresses, product dispatch, timelines, content drafts, revisions, approvals, posting windows, links, usage rights, invoices and reporting. Good campaign management makes these invisible to the audience — because they were handled before the audience ever saw the post.
